Hello

Hello

A woman free to be herself first, is a force of nature, and as I tread my own path, I write about eco-spirituality, soul work, life, and the slow simplifying that happens as we step into our third act. I share how I listen to the Earth more closely, after years of being distracted. All of it happens right here and now, in the midst of messy daily life.

I'm learning how to make things with my hands - finally - after years of yearning to do so. I also work with flower essences as gentle supports during change, finding they help me to steady emotions, soften old patterns, and hold the work of becoming more fully myself. I'm a gardener - not just of this patch of domestic ground, but of my life.

My deeply personal, wild 'philosophy' has grown, messily, over time. A long time. Through challenges, wonder, and a surprising amount of paying attention for someone as neurodivergent as me. You are, as ever, invited to share in the parts of it that feel like home to you, and ignore the rest.

This house welcomes sisters (and maybe respectful others) who have also decided to move at a human pace. Here we can feel dirt underfoot, first light on our faces, and the relief of not needing to be "more".

Welcome. My name is Jo and I hope you'll stay for a while.
